EB games, eBay, GameStop, the local Classifieds, people you know who have it and would sell it, a pawn shop.
But still the best bet would be the internet... if you don't have an account on eBay, you sould think about getting one, even if you have to get your parents to do it.
that's what i did, my mom uses her credit card, and i just give her my money
