Updated List of stuffz

Ok... so not everything went to plan... I'll list what i really got with my $200

Ok, so we got up at 9, and my sister wanted tacos...

so,

-$5 on tacos and limeade

then we went to walmart and got Family Guy (sooo hilarious on DVD even funnier than TV! )
and we got Mario Kart DS (also really fun!!!)
and Halo PC (the guy didn't even care we weren't 17 .. btw bert'n why didn't the cybercafe stop us when we wanted to play halo? it's rated m...)

and tehy didn't have the headset i wanted so i didn't get it, and they didn't have FFIV...

so we go home.
watch some family guy, i install Halo...

BUT!!!

my graphics card isn't good enough (it's not even a card, it's a graphics CHIP!!! and i go to the website to get the latest drivers, and apparantly they stopped making the kind of chip i have, so they stopped making updates for it!!)

so i try and find some other fixes for it online... but no luck

4 o'clock, we go to EB games, and i buy FFIV for GBA and Meteos for DS (addictve and fun! reminds me of puzzle league )

so im really upset that i can't play halo.. i was really looking forward to it...

so i go on ebay i got about $30 left... and i find a new graphics card WOOT!!!

i checked the halo website, and this graphics card is on the "approved list" of graphics cards that halo is guaranteed to run on (i didn't wanna buy one and then not be able to play halo )

it's called the Radeon 9200. it's one of the cheaper ones... but it works for halo... so i got it it was $70 after shipping, so my mom put it in as my birthday gift (which is this saturday)... i can't wait for it

so i guess that means no USB adapter.. and no headset... but that's ok, Halo online is prolly better than Wi-fi

and ill prolly get the USb adapter anyway with birthday money from relatives...

so that's my story

i dunno... we stayed at that cybercafe playing Halo for 7 straight hours... I'm pretty sure it's more fun than WFC

at least, i think it's more fun... i may be wrong...

the rev hasn't even come out yet... so hey, maybe halo might be better than the rev! we don't know...

and are you telling me WFC has the same games, graphics, replay value and online capabilities as the rev?? if you are, i laugh at you!

i can play WFC anytime for free if i go to a hotspot..

i can only play halo for free at home... or pay $12 to play it at the cybercafe...

so i think i will choose halo over buying the USb adapter... either way, ill probably get enough money for the adapter on saturday!
