I finally got it working so i could record my clarinet 
as it turns out, you're not supposed to put the mic *in* the instrument, because the clarinet has an 'omni-directional' sound, as opposed to the trumpet or other brass instruments, where you gotta put the mic right in front.
anywhom...
i recorded some things for fun yay
yet i must warn you that the mic is still intended for voices so the clarinet sounds a bit squeaky.. but it's better than nothing
This is one of the etudes i played for Region Band this year. let me just say that i literally haven't played this since last September... so there are some parts where i mess up a little bit
warning: some parts are a bit flat, because this was the first song i recorded and i wasn't warmed up... >_>

And for good measure, i recorded me playing Super Mario

And lastly i recorded me playing "To Zanarkand". This was really ...interesting to figure out... i'm actually playing both parts XD.
it may sound lifeless or off at some points... it's not as passionate as i would normally play it, because i was worried about watching the metronome to keep it in sync so i could play both parts.
