 NO!!! NO!!! Disney RUINED the Hercules myth with that movie.. they were like trying to cram 50 myths into one!! I'm a big mythology buff, and i know all the myths  In Hercules, the 3 women with one eye were called the fates, who spin, measure and cut the "threads of life". when, in reality (or myth reality... whatever) the fates all had 2 eyes of their own. and the people who DID share the one eye were called the Graeae (the Gray Women). Perseus needs to find some nymphs so they can give him cool weapons to kill medusa, and the only people who know where the nymphs live are the gray women, so he goes there and when the one sister takes out the eye to give it to the other sister, he steals it, and doesn't give the eye back until they tell him where the nymphs live very clever, that Perseus |
